What a pleasant surprise this place is! I've always passed by this place when in downtown Fullerton, but finally tried it for the first time. Absolutely amazing pizzas! The consistency of their dough is exactly how I like my pies. I usually don't like eat the crust but here, surprisingly, I ate it to the final bite of the slice.

Ordered two pizzas: 1) Fuoco 2) Funghi e Salsiccia
The Fuoco has prosciutto crudo, mozzarella, arugula, shaved parm, and truffle oil.

The Funghi e Salsiccia has roasted mushrooms, tomato sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage, basil. This pizza is solid, and the ingredients speak for themselves!

Again surprisingly "dough" (no pun intended), I really liked the prosciutto pizza more than the mushroom--when I'm so a mushroom-pizza-kind-of-gal. The prosciutto crudo was perfectly seasoned, not too salty, and the quality of the meat was definitely one of the better prosciuttos that I've had! I usually like my pies with tomato sauce; Fuoco does not have tomato sauce but it was still so delicious, flavorful, and simply amazing.

Lastly, had to order the Nutella Pizza for dessert. Such a cool and clever concept! Never had Nutella on a pizza and let me tell you, it does not disappoint and is super fun/interesting to eat.

As with the atmosphere, it is more lax and mellow--where you can do a friends and/or family get-together or a date night.

Definitely am coming back to try other pies that they offer (e.g. Black Truffle, Quattro Formaggi) and the Mozzarella Bar where you can choose two or three different mozz cheese!

Not too sure what the hype is about the Pizza is not what I was expecting it was mediocre at best. Would not go back!

I expected the meat to be better, the bread itself is good but it is not something I would ever crave.

Great service but taste was disappointing.

Amazing pizza, stellar appetizers, phenomenal wine, and fantastic service.  A wonderful place to have in Downtown Fullerton.  We stopped in for a later than normal dinner (we are typically early eaters) and found 2 cozy seats at the bar. The place was packed, but we prefer bar seating anyway.  My husband and I split the quattro formagio pizza and the prosciutto appetizer.  Our bartender asked if we wanted focaccia bread with our appetizer. It was the size of an actual pizza!  She reccomended a great zinfandel wine, which we enjoyed the bottle tremendously.  I forgot our bartenders name, but she looks like Emma Stone. Her personality really added to the ambiance and vibe.  It had been about 2 years since we had dined here, which we have no excuse as to why. We live right in downtown. We wont wait so long next time!

    Omg! Yaaaas!

Their pizza is amazing! Traditional. Something you will get from Italy! Totally unAmerican.
Crust is just amazing. Cooked in their wood fire stove!!!

The toppings are fresh! Their ingredients are authentic. The service is amazing. Orginally, my friend and I were looking for a pasta place. But the one we wanted to go to was close...

We stumbled here! And we were so happy!!!

My friend and I shared, Fuoco,  no tomato sauce pizza. It had mozzarella, prosciutto crudo, arugula, shaved parmiagiano, and truffle oil!
Yaaaas! It was recommended by the server and Im so glad we got it! It was perfect! Everything about it was well balanced!

We also shared a salad, Saracena, mixed greens with sliced pear, toasted walnuts, and raspberry vinaigrette. Oh it went well with the pizza we got!

Love this place! Cant wait to try more!
